On the menu:

  • Rack of Merino lamb with powdered black Extremadura olives.
  • Iberian pork loin with aromatic herbs, pickles and pistachios.
  • Creamy Iberian rice with tourte del Casar
  • Creamy cream of Iberian ham with vegetables, smoked bacon and smoked paprika de la Vera

Followed by :

  • A bellota ham cutting workshop
  • A tasting session

Products from the Extremadura region will be offered to all participants.
